I am writing to give you feedback following my stay last night at your hotel. This is the third or fourth time I have stayed for the one night when I visit my team in West Lakes. I have to say that the service you provide is just excellent, your staff and I mean all your staff are extremely friendly, nothing is a problem to them and they are always courteous and polite. Last night when I arrived there was no parking spaces but one of your staff in reception very kindly offered her space as she was about to leave shortly. This morning I needed to leave early so I checked out at around 6.30am and asked your staff if I could have some cereal and a cup of tea as the restaurant didn’t open until 7.00am, again this was not a problem and was dealt with easily and efficiently. The hotel is real value for money and its accommodation and food is of the highest standard, but the people you have working for you complete the picture for me. A fantastic customer experience, please feedback to all your staff and keep up the great work. Thank you and hope to see you soon

I had been on holiday to the Lakes with my two children and parents. We dined in your bar Wednesday & Thursday tea time and thought it was so good I had to write to praise you all. The food was absolutely delicious, service was attentive, friendly and had a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude. We were wary of bringing two small children into your establishment but they were welcomed and looked after brilliantly which was great. If we ever visit again the Trout will most definitely be on our list to do again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my friends. I am still dreaming of your Steak & Ale Pie !

I just wanted to write and pass my thanks and appreciation to your friendly and ever helpful staff during my stay at The Trout Hotel. I travel a lot on business and stay in many different hotels both in the UK and overseas and perhaps the greatest compliment I can pay you is that it feels like I am staying with friends and family when at The Trout. Whether it was the bar staff advising on wine by the glass or bottle, or the breakfast team helping with a bacon sandwich in a travel bag for my drive down to Manchester early on Thursday, nothing was too much trouble and always delivered with a smile. When you are frequently away from home on business, nothing could be nicer. Thank-you!

Just returned from a fabulous two night stay this weekend, I know we can do rave reviews on various social sites but I would like to drop you a few lines to thank you for everything over the last two days. The food was exceptional thank you for your upgrade the room was lovely. Where I work is very stressed out environment and from time to time you need that few days to sit and relax.
